- We do not offer delivery or shipping to Tahiti. Orders placed on the website for Tahiti are for pickup at the showroom during our opening hours. Please bring your order invoice.
- Standard shipping from Tahiti via La Poste with tracking number and acknowledgment of receipt : 10 to a month (worst case scenario). Our small team does its best, but these delays may be extended during periods of high business activity (Christmas, Mother's Day, promotional campaigns, etc.).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link. Please check your spam folder, as our emails may end up there!
As of July 1st, 2021, shipments to France are now subject to VAT and customs duties.
Customs procedures apply as for shipments from a non-European Union country. These fees are payable by the customer upon arrival and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping fees.
To expedite the customs clearance process, upon receipt of your tracking number, we advise you to complete the online form to settle customs formalities. With online payment, customs clearance fees are reduced. In the case of payment upon delivery (to the postman or at the post office), the full rate will apply.
Maison Valencourt is not responsible for additional fees applied upon receipt of your package.

If you wish to pre-order your jewelry, you can do so through the website and choose the "hand delivery" option during checkout.
Orders placed on the website in Tahiti are to be picked up at the showroom in Papeete, located at 11 rue Paul Gauguin, right next to the Generali agency, in Papeete (the street that leads from the Pharmacy to the Papeete City Hall).
