Avoid contact with beauty products such as perfume, tanning oils, or beauty creams. Avoid seawater and swimming pools as much as possible. If you cannot remove your jewelry before swimming, make sure to rinse it well and dry it thoroughly afterwards.

Cleaning your jewelry

Use a dry cloth or one soaked with a jewelry cleaner. To prevent knots in your jewelry, we recommend leaving part of your chain outside the pouch.

Repairs

 Your jewelry is guaranteed for six months. If you need to send it back to us, please email us at contact@maisonvalencourt.com with your purchase invoice and a photo of the product.
