• We do not offer exchanges, only refunds.
• You have 15 days to return your unworn jewelry in its original packaging.
• Please return your jewelry with a tracking number to the address: Maison Valencourt BP 21373 Papeete, Tahiti 98713, French Polynesia and email us the tracking number.
• The refund will be made when we receive the jewelry, not when you send it back to us !

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your jewelry is sent, please provide us with the tracking number via email at contact@maisonvalencourt.com. From that moment on, we will proceed with the refund of your order.

For customers in French Polynesia :
