My order
- To follow your order, simply enter the tracking number received by email on La Poste website.
- For Tahiti's shipments to France, the site to consult is as follows: https://www.farerata.pf/fr
- Standard shipping from Tahiti, via post office with follow -up number and acknowledgment of receipt: 10 to 30 days (maximum).
- Standard shipping from Paris, with Colissimo tracking number: 48 hours worked from the date of shipment (every Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays, excluding holidays).
Our small team does their maximum, but these deadlines can be extended during periods of high commercial activity (Christmas, Mother's Day, promotion operation, etc.).
- Any order incorporates acceptance of prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will take place within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned.
- In some cases, including payment defect, erroneous address or other problem on your order, we reserve the right to block the order until the problem is resolved, or cancel it, if necessary.
- In the event of cancellation concerning one or more items in an order, their possible refund will then be made within one week.
We do not make deliveries to Tahiti.
Orders placed on the website for Tahiti can be picked up at our store in Papeete, during our opening hours. Please bring the invoice for your order.
It is possible that the delivery of your order could not be honored for the following reasons: absence of the home, erroneous address, delivery error. If necessary, the package will be returned to Tahiti or France, depending on the outgoing stock.
- If this is a delivery error, the package will be returned to you at our expense.
- If it is an absence from the home or an erroneous address, the package will be returned once the shipping costs set by the customer, via a secure payment link.
Exchanges and refounds
We only make refunds in form of voucher for purchases spent on our site.
If your jewelry is not suitable for you, you have a period of one month to return them by mail.
- Place your invoice and jewel in solid packaging and send the package with a tracking number at M.VALENCOURT, BP 21373, 98713 Papeete, Tahiti, French Polynesia.
Please note the jewelry should not have been worn and must be returned to their original packaging.
If these conditions are not met the refund will be impossible.
We only make exchanges or assets that can be used in store (no refund).
If your jewelry is not suitable for you, you have a period of 10 days to return or exchange them directly in the store.
They must not have been worn and must be returned to their original packaging.
Please note, the presentation of the proof of purchase is compulsory.
Warranty and after sales service
Maison Valencourt jewelry is guaranteed for 6 months.
The warranty does not cover normal oxidation, jewelry that has undergone deterioration due to handling error, abnormal use or intentional modifications.
If you are located in Tahiti, you can go to the store and we will take your jewelry in repair. We strive to treat your repair within two weeks of receipt. If your jewelry is no longer under warranty, repair costs are expected.
If you are located in France:
- The first step is to send us an email to the address: contact@maisonvalencourt.com, by mentioning "repair" in object and including a photo of your damaged jewel as well as the corresponding invoice.
- Our team will answer you to provide you with a quote.
- Avoid contact with beauty products such as perfume, tanning oils or beauty creams.
- Be sure to remove your jewelry for the shower and for sport.
- Avoid sea water and the pool as much as possible. If however you cannot remove your jewelry before you swim, be sure to rinse it well and especially dry it afterwards.
